Part I | Website Terms Of Service
Effective Date: October 26, 2026
These Website Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://salesleopard.com/ (the “Website”), operated by Sales Leopard LLC, a separate legal entity doing business as Sales Leopard (“Sales Leopard,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms do not govern PeopleSuite or its services. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Website Purpose and Eligibility
The Website provides general information about business-to-business lead generation, sales development, artificial-intelligence-assisted automation, and related services. Visitors may request consultations, submit inquiries, and access resources. You represent that you will use the Website lawfully and, if acting for an organization, that you have authority to act for it.
2. Separate Client Agreements
Any purchased services are governed by a separately executed statement of work, master services agreement, order form, or other written client agreement (a “Client Agreement”). Unless a Client Agreement expressly provides otherwise, these Terms apply only to Website access and do not alter negotiated service commitments, fees, warranties, confidentiality obligations, data processing terms, or liability allocations. A website inquiry, form submission, or consultation booking does not, by itself, establish a client relationship or obligation to provide services.
3. Permitted Use and Restrictions
You may access and use the Website for lawful business and informational purposes. Except as permitted by law or by our written authorization, you must not:
- Interfere with or attempt to compromise Website security or availability;
- Access systems, accounts, or data without authorization;
- Use malicious code, disruptive automation, or excessive requests;
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Website content or personal information, except where legally permitted;
- Misrepresent your identity or submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading information; or
- Copy, republish, sell, or exploit Website materials for unauthorized commercial purposes.
We may restrict Website access when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, its users, or our legal interests, subject to applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
Original Website text, graphics, designs, trademarks, logos, and downloadable materials are owned by Sales Leopard or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. We grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive permission to view and use Website materials for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. No ownership rights transfer. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Educational Content, Examples, and Results
Website content, demonstrations, assessments, calculators, AI-generated illustrations, examples, estimates, and projections are supplied for general informational purposes only. They are not individualized business, legal, or financial advice. Illustrative results are not guarantees of leads, meetings, revenue, deliverability, or other outcomes. Actual results depend on market conditions, offer quality, data, targeting, implementation, client practices, and other variables.
6. Third-Party Websites and Tools
The Website may link to or integrate with services operated by third parties. Their content, availability, policies, and practices are controlled by those parties. A link does not imply endorsement. Review the applicable third-party terms and privacy notices.
7. Website Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. We do not warrant that the Website will be free from errors, harmful components, or temporary outages. Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALES LEOPARD AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OPPORTUNITIES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING SOLELY FROM THE WEBSITE AND THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED US $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not supersede any separately applicable Client Agreement.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law and any controlling Client Agreement, disputes relating solely to these Website Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and the parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
10. Changes; Severability; No Waiver
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where legally required. Continued Website use after the updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law; changes will not retroactively modify an executed Client Agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Part II | Privacy Policy
1. Scope and Who We Are
Sales Leopard LLC, a separate legal entity doing business as Sales Leopard (“Sales Leopard,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), explains in this Privacy Policy how it collects, uses, shares, stores, and otherwise processes personal information about visitors, business contacts, prospective clients, and individuals whose professional information is used in our sales development activities. Sales Leopard is legally distinct from PeopleSuite. This Policy applies to Sales Leopard operations only; any sharing with PeopleSuite, if it occurs, must be separately identified and disclosed as appropriate.
For engagements where we process personal information on a client’s documented instructions, the client may be responsible for determining the purpose and means of that processing and for providing any required notices. For activities that Sales Leopard directs on its own behalf, Sales Leopard may independently determine the purposes and means of processing. Specific legal roles depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
2. Categories of Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us and the services we perform, we may process:
- Business identity and contact data: name, employer, job title, business email, business telephone, professional profile links, company name, industry, work location, and related publicly available professional details.
- Communications and submissions: form entries, consultation requests, messages, communications preferences, and records of our communications and responses.
- Prospecting and campaign data: business-relevant profile and company information, contact validation or enrichment data, campaign history, delivery and engagement information, meeting outcomes, and opt-out or suppression status.
- Website and device data: IP address, browser and device type, page views, referring URLs, cookie identifiers, and interaction or analytics events, to the extent collected by our deployed tools.
- Client and transaction data: client contact, account administration, contractual, billing, and transaction information, where applicable.
We do not ask visitors or clients to provide sensitive personal information unless there is a documented business need and an appropriate legal basis. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through general Website inquiry forms.
3. Sources of Information
We obtain information directly from you or your organization, from our clients, through website and communications tools, from publicly available business and professional sources, and from third-party business-contact databases, prospecting platforms, professional directories, and data-enrichment providers. We use these sources to identify business prospects and verify or supplement names, roles, employer details, business emails, telephone numbers, professional profile links, and other business-relevant information. Information described as publicly available or commercially sourced is not necessarily free of applicable privacy, marketing, or communication restrictions.
4. Why We Use Information
We process information as appropriate to:
- Respond to inquiries, consultations, and requests;
- Deliver, administer, secure, and support our services and client relationships;
- Identify and evaluate business prospects, verify and enrich business-contact records, prepare relevant outreach, schedule meetings, and maintain campaign records;
- Create and personalize lawful business communications, including AI-assisted research, drafting, and workflow automation where used;conduct lawful marketing, measure campaign and Website effectiveness, and improve services;
- Maintain preference, objection, and suppression records to honor applicable opt-out requests; and
- Prevent abuse, protect systems, comply with law, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Marketing email, telephone calls, and text messages are conducted subject to applicable law. This Policy is a disclosure, not a substitute for legally required permission or consent to receive a particular type of communication.
5. AI-Assisted Processing
We use artificial intelligence and automation to assist with prospect and company research, organize and enrich business information, draft and personalize outbound messages, support campaign workflows, and evaluate campaign activity. In performing these functions, approved AI service providers may process business-contact information and campaign content on our behalf. We apply vendor, access, and contractual controls appropriate to the information and applicable law. AI-assisted personalization does not eliminate our responsibility to comply with applicable privacy and outreach laws.
6. Communications and Your Choices
We conduct business-to-business outreach for Sales Leopard and, when engaged, on behalf of clients using commercial email, live human-placed telephone calls, LinkedIn or other professional-network messages, and SMS where legally permitted. Messages may incorporate AI-assisted research or personalization. Where required, outreach will identify the relevant sender and provide a practical means to stop further marketing. We maintain opt-out and suppression records as necessary to honor requests and applicable law. Opt-out requests relating to a client campaign may need to be communicated to that client or its authorized service providers to prevent additional contact.
Commercial email is sent subject to the CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable requirements, including compliant sender information, a valid postal address, and an effective opt-out method where required. Human-placed telephone calls are subject to applicable federal and state calling rules, including relevant Do Not Call restrictions. SMS marketing is conducted only where appropriate consent or another lawful basis is established for the recipient, message, and technology used; possession of a number obtained from a third-party provider does not itself establish consent. SMS recipients may use the opt-out directions provided in a message, including STOP where supported. Our currently identified outreach channels do not include AI-generated voice calls; if those are introduced, additional legal review and updated disclosures will be required. For other objections or privacy requests, contact [email protected].
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technology
The Website may use essential technologies required for site operation and, depending on current configuration, analytics cookies, advertising pixels, and similar technologies to evaluate traffic, improve the Website, and measure campaigns. These tools may collect identifiers and interactions, including through third-party providers. You may adjust browser cookie settings and use any preference controls provided on the Website. Where applicable law requires consent, notice, or opt-out opportunities, we will provide them before or in connection with the relevant processing. Browser controls do not necessarily disable all technologies.
8. How We Disclose Information
We may share relevant information with the clients on whose behalf we perform campaigns and with authorized service providers supporting hosting, CRM, campaign delivery, communications, data enrichment, LinkedIn-related workflows, AI processing, analytics, security, billing, and administration. We may also share information with authorized personnel and contractors, professional advisers, authorities as legally required, or in connection with a bona fide corporate transaction. Service providers and contractors may operate outside the United States. We do not characterize these disclosures as an unrestricted sale of personal information.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information proportionate to its nature and the risks involved. No online service or transmission method is completely secure. Where legally required, we investigate and provide notices relating to qualifying security incidents. Our handling of client-controlled information may also be governed by a separate Client Agreement.
10. Retention and Disposal
We retain information for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described, subject to client instructions, recordkeeping obligations, dispute needs, and applicable law. Relevant criteria include the duration of our relationship, campaign or service need, legal retention requirements, and suppression obligations. Where appropriate, information is deleted, deidentified, or securely disposed of. Limited opt-out information may be retained to avoid contacting someone again.
11. Privacy Requests and Applicable Rights
Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, information about use and disclosure, or to opt out of specified activities. To submit a request, contact [email protected] and provide enough information for us to understand and verify it. We will respond as required by applicable law and may deny or limit a request where an exception applies. If we process information solely for a client, we may refer the request to that client or assist it under our agreement. We do not discriminate unlawfully against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.
12. International Access and Third-Party Websites
Our employees, contractors, and providers may access information from locations outside the state or country where the information originated. Where required, we apply appropriate contractual or other safeguards. Third-party websites linked from our Website operate under their own privacy practices, which you should review independently.
13. Children
Our Website and services are intended for businesses and professional audiences, not children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the Website. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact [email protected].
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, providers, or legal obligations. An updated version will be posted with a new effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when applicable law requires it.
